The raw data representing the log2-normalized sgRNA read counts for the data in the 2CT-CRISPR screens can be downloaded here, which includes a separate text file containing the sample descriptions. Screens with LibA and LibB were done independently, and data was analyzed by pooling the sgRNAs in both libraries.
